Therefore, we require our employees to agree with our Statement of Faith and commit to exhibit a lifestyle that is consistent with it. Employees at Veritas are expected to already be or become members of the church, fully embracing our mission, vision and values.

We also take seriously the character qualifications the Bible lays out for those that provide leadership within the church. All employees are required to be qualified according to Scripture and will be held accountable to honor God in all of their life. At a minimum, each employee must agree and aspire to maturity in these qualifications, invite the authority of church community and leaders as a means of growth in them, and pursue them humbly and faithfully by the power of the Holy Spirit.
