The Role

You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and young children during various classes and events. Through play, stories, and age-appropriate activities rooted in biblical truth, you'll help the next generation feel seen, safe, and loved — while their parents engage fully in the life of the church.

How It Works

This isn't a set-schedule position. Once approved, you'll be added to our childcare team list and receive emails for upcoming opportunities throughout the year — classes, conferences, and various church events. You simply sign up for what works with your schedule.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and engage children during services and ministry events
• Lead age-appropriate play, stories, and activities that reflect biblical truth and kindness
• Maintain check-in and check-out procedures following all safety and security guidelines
• Keep your space clean, orderly, and welcoming
• Communicate clearly and kindly with parents, guardians, and team members
• Work cooperatively with other childcare staff and volunteers
• Attend training and scheduled meetings
