Wednesday Night Youth

About this Event

Every Wednesday, students in seventh through twelfth grade gather for pizza, worship, teaching built for their grade, and a connection group where they dig in with the same students and leaders all year.

What happens on a Wednesday night?

  • 5:30 – 6:15 · Pizza and hang out
Doors open, pizza is out , and there's time to find your people before things get going.
  • 6:20 – 6:40 · Worship and announcements
Everyone gathers together to sing and hear what's coming up.
  • 6:45 – 7:30 · Classes
Students head to the class for their grade — seventh/eighth, ninth/tenth, or eleventh/twelfth — for teaching aimed right where they are.
  • 7:30 – 8:15 · Connection groups
Students break into small groups by grade and gender, with the same leaders all year, to talk through what they just heard, pray, and get to know each other.

Rhythm nights
Several Wednesdays through the year are rhythm nights. Instead of splitting into classes, everyone stays together for one large group teaching. Good nights to bring a friend.

What to bring
A physical Bible and something to write with. We ask students to keep phones put away during worship, class, and connection groups.

Evening parking

  • On-street parking is enforced Monday–Friday from 9 am–5 pm at $1.25/hour with time limits posted, and free on nights after 5 pm and on weekends.
  • Ramp parking is $.75/hour.
