I have always looked at Christian life as checking the box since going to Salt in 2016 up to Covid. Baptized? Check, service on Sunday? Check and list goes on.

2023 I came back cause God called me back. My close friend Mark God used him for me growing close to Him. I remember asking him if I could come to church with him and he said yes. We would talk about how the sermon would apply to each others lives. Sam Anderson had recommended a book Fathered By God(great book) and we read it together and talked about how it look like to trust God as our Eternal Father. Eventually got into a connection group where I met another close friend Isaac. He encouraged me to pray scripture like Luke 6:27-28. One night I prayed that God would give me the eyes to see and ears to hear. That’s a prayer I still pray today

My Life After Jesus Saved Me

In Romans 3, “All have fallen short to glory of God”. Man, I don’t deserve Gods love, but it is through Jesus' death and resurrection that I can have Gods love. How crazy is that?  To think that I could tell God everything that’s going on in my head without fear of judgement and he work things in my life for good and to bring Him Glory. 1 John 5:11-13 “God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son… I write these things to you who believe… that you may know that you have eternal life.” It’s only cause of Jesus Christ that I have eternal life.
