Before Jesus Changed My Life

As a young boy, I was taught the importance of having a relationship with Jesus. Through a traumatic family experience, I threw all of that to the side. If my father on earth can't do what the bible teaches, how do I trust that a Father in Heaven won't do the same thing? I lived a life trying to find fulfillment in work, alcohol, and parties. I could never find true fulfillment. It kept me searching for more things in the wrong places.

How Jesus Changed My Life

God truly placed some prayer warriors in my life early on who faithfully prayed. I truly believe that's one of the reasons I'm still here today, and Christ isn't done with me. In John 6:25-58, we see clearly that Christ is our true fulfillment! We are born sinners in need of a saving grace. God has given us that by sending His Son to die on the cross and through His precious blood and Resurrection, our hearts can be transformed and be made new. I believe God becomes our Heavenly Father through this transformation. Romans 6

My Life After Jesus Saved Me

I truly have a desire to want God's guidance in every part of my life. I actually want to be around people of the same like-mindedness. Even before I gave my heart to Jesus I knew how important prayer was. God has answered so many prayers even before I turned to Him. I spend a lot of time in prayer when things are bad, and I'm learning to do it even more when things are good. I'm learning to praise Jesus for all that He does. The phrase what goes in must come out. Feeding my mind and heart with scriptures and wholesome music is an absolute must. I truly believe that with God as my Father and Redeemer, I have eternal life, only through Jesus!
